Hard Drive! a Silicon Valley High Tech Adventure Novel

Gordon earned his B.A. in Physics and his PhD in E.E. from Cal Tech. He was made an IEEE Fellow for his part in developing the Grenex cobalt disc as described in his book “Hard Drive!”

He is married with two children, did disc drive research at the University of California in San Diego, and holds a multiengine instrument rated FAA pilot license
